About Beautiful Beginnings Doula
Jocelyn is a licensed doula who manages Beautiful Beginnings Doula and offers both birth and postpartum doula services. During your birth doula services, you will receive two prenatal and postpartum meetings right in your own home, so you can create a birth plan and receive immediate care after your little one arrives. You will have constant contact with Jocelyn, so any concerns or questions you may have, you can reach out to her directly at any time.
Services
When you are ready to have your little one, Jocelyn will be there to help you throughout your delivery with coping techniques, body positioning, and emotional and physical support. As soon as your little one arrives, Jocelyn will stay with you until you have established breastfeeding. She will provide breastfeeding support, infant care, and as much advice as you need. No matter what, when you choose Beautiful Beginnings Doula, you will receive the support you need every step of the way, especially when you need it most.
Jocelyn is also a certified postpartum and infant care doula. She holds CPR and First Aid certifications, so you know you and your little one are in great hands. Jocelyn’s goal is to ensure you have a smooth transition into parenthood. Moreover, she provides emotional, physical, and informational support to help you adjust to your little one’s arrival. She will come directly to your home and help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, infant soothing, bathing, deeding, and sleep help.
Specialty
In addition to doula support, Beautiful Beginnings Doula also offers childbirth education. Some of the classes they offer include general childbirth education, Lamaze classes, refresher/ crash course, and coping and comfort measures. Classes are offered in person, so you can meet parents just like you and create new bonds and support in the community that all of us new moms need.
